Pricing Manager - Insurance Expert

A challenging position has arisen in our Commercial Lines insurance pricing team at Aviva. We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager - Insurance Expert to lead the development and implementation of technical and market pricing for Commercial SME products.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an award-winning UK Commercial Lines insurance business, driving and influencing growth and profit. As a Pricing Manager - Insurance Expert, you will be responsible for delivering robust and accurate technical pricing and market pricing on commercial lines of business. You will work closely with colleagues from across the business to identify opportunities for profitable growth and deliver for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise workload with business objectives
  • Lead others with a focus on people development and building capability
  • Experience of effective stakeholder engagement and management
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a smart manner and as part of a team

What we offer:

  • Salary circa £75,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
  • Pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in
