About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our pricing approach and developing high-impact value-based pricing strategies to drive business revenue and margin growth across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new and improve on existing pricing strategies, working collaboratively across Product, Finance, and GTM teams to align priorities and revenue goals
  • Conduct pricing analyses to inform pricing strategy for new, renew, and upsell/cross-sell offerings
  • Create models to assess price elasticity, feature/price trade-offs, and identify opportunities to optimize pricing to increase profitability
  • Responsible for the creation of price books and discount guidelines and ensure these are designed effectively to deliver simplification and standardization
  • Set annual price increases, manage discounting guidelines, and set governance frameworks across products
  • Pricing support for strategic projects, including pricing refresh, new product, and proposition launches
  • Provide objective analysis on the impact of pricing decisions and collaborate across functions to design and develop pricing metrics to measure performance
About You
  • Experienced B2B pricing manager with 4+ years of pricing experience
  • Experienced in setting strategic and tactical pricing to drive performance in technology-intensive industries
  • Exhibits a passion for understanding pricing strategies and execution methodologies
  • Insight-led, with knowledge of how to obtain, interpret, and apply customer and market research
  • Ability to distill complexity via a methodical and structured approach
  • Experience in implementation and optimization of pricing and quoting tools
  • Ability to influence various stakeholders, including senior management, by communicating clearly and persuasively
