About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team at Ageas. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in planning, completing, and presenting risk pricing activity for our Standard Car products. This role will involve managing and guiding a team to complete detailed analysis using advanced statistical and actuarial techniques to recommend pricing actions that increase volume and profitability of our Standard Car products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Manage, develop, and coach a team of Lead Pricing Analysts, Senior Pricing Analysts, and Pricing Analysts.
  2. Pricing Deployments: Engage with the pricing deployments team to manage model/rate change deployments as required.
  3. Pricing Performance: Develop a balanced view of current and future pricing performance by combining MI, modelling results, and company targets.
  4. Record Maintenance: Maintain records to coordinate pricing decisions and implementation across teams, decision-making bodies, and implementation pathways.

Requirements:

  • Programming Skills: Highly skilled in the use of programming languages such as SAS, R, Matlab, Python, or Octave.
  • Coaching and Development: Effective coaching of junior staff and development of pricing skills.
