About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding process for our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Processing - Accurately process and underwrite applications within set standards and timescales.
  • Customer Engagement - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Pipeline Management - Maintain and update the onboarding pipeline, ensuring efficient and effective processing.
  • Liaison and Support - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding operations.
  • Quality Assurance - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
