Onboarding Administrator

Authorising and Onboarding Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Authorising and Onboarding Specialist. This role combines precision, customer service, and regulatory compliance, making it an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Processing: Collaborate with the team to process, underwrite, and reference firm/adviser applications within strict timescales.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure every action contributes to a positive customer experience, handling day-to-day enquiries and providing ongoing support.
  • FCA Registration: Authorise and manage FCA registrations for all Appointed Representatives joining our networks.
  • Effective Communication: Manage telephone calls and emails, ensuring accurate audit trails.
  • Adaptability: Follow team policies and procedures, incorporating necessary adjustments for evolving FCA regulations and network requirements.

Requirements:

  • Data Precision: Accurately input and process applications within set standards and timescales.
  • Customer Service: Address adviser queries via email and telephone to foster a positive customer culture.
  • Underwriting Expertise: Underwrite and reference applications efficiently.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Maintain and update the onboarding pipeline.
  • Liaison and Support: Regularly communicate with advisers, lenders, and providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow full referencing procedures and team protocols, ensuring fair treatment of all customers.
  • Database Management: Upload all authorisation firm and adviser files to the GAS database.
  • CPD Compliance: Maintain accurate CPD records and complete required annual assessments.
  • GDPR Adherence: Ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines, both remotely and in the Head Office.
  • Objectives and Reviews: Achieve key objectives set during annual appraisals and one-to-ones.
  • Consumer Duty: Contribute to the network's Consumer Duty obligations in all actions and decisions.
