We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at the Salomon Store in Cheshire Oaks Outlet. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high-level shopping experience for customers.
  • Propose complementary products to customers and promote sales.
  • Be proficient in sales techniques and digital tools to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
  • Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
  • Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention.
  • Contribute to brand visual standards.
  • Assist with replenishment and pricing duties, including sale preparation as required.
  • Participate in staff training and store events as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant and Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and retail.
  • Digital savvy, able to manage and learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that can include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
