Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our team at the Salomon Store in Cheshire Oaks Outlet. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers on products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and advise customers on products
  • Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales
  • Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention
  • Contribute to brand visual standards
  • Assist with replenishment and pricing duties, including sale preparation as required
  • Participate in staff training and store events as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and retail
  • Digital savvy, able to manage and learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that can include evenings, weekends, and holidays
