Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Salomon Cheshire Oaks Outlet in Ellesmere Port, UK. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Master all Salomon products and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Utilize sales techniques and digital tools to provide a high-level shopping experience and drive additional sales.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, replenishment, and pricing duties to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in staff training and store events to stay informed about company initiatives and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and retail, with a passion for Salomon's core sports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Digital savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
