Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
