Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach a range of subjects to students with varying abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individual education plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Assess and record student progress, setting achievable targets and goals
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning experiences outside the classroom
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of teaching students with SEN, particularly those with Autism
  • Knowledge of current education issues and best practices in SEN teaching
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
