Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a degree in a construction-related field. They will be commercially and operationally aware, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The salary for this position is £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of individual projects.
- Liaise with clients and other parties on commercial issues.
- Agree specification and budget for new projects and monitor throughout to ensure company goals are achieved.
- Oversee sub-contracting letting, negotiation, and financial accounting.
