We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at HotelCare. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to organizational needs.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a 'Can Do' attitude and a willingness to learn.
