Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at HotelCare. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our housekeeping team to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards, including changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, and restocking amenities.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors to maintain a neat appearance.
  • Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of the guests.
  • Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Experience: Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • A 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Adaptability to organisational needs.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Capability to provide excellent customer service.
