About the Role
This forward-thinking, local chartered accountancy firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Bolton office. The role has arisen following a period of company growth and internal promotion, offering an excellent opportunity for a progressive manager to take the next step in their career or an experienced senior manager to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the director to manage, oversee, and review accounts for a portfolio of small and local clients across various industries.
- Take on an advisory role, helping to implement change and lead on training, managing a team of 6 junior/senior staff members within the firm.
- Develop strong client knowledge and represent the firm professionally to build and maintain successful client relationships.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working within practice, with a proven track record of coaching junior/senior team members.
- ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with a strong commitment to providing professional excellence.
- Good analytical review skills.
