Hcml Today is offering a unique opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the Accounts Payable mailbox, answering invoice queries, and reconciling supplier statements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working in an environment with high volumes of email traffic and possess basic MS Office competence. A background in healthcare or previous experience working with Access Financials would be highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits including access to training and development opportunities and a comprehensive DBS check.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring of a high-volume mailbox
  • Review of submitted purchase invoices
  • Preparation of purchase invoices for upload into the financial system
  • Responding to supplier queries via phone and email
  • Engaging with Operational teams on queries and raising exceptions
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Assistance generating supplier payments
