Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Brook Street in Heywood, Greater Manchester.

About the Role:
  • This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a view to extend.
  • You will be responsible for managing daily bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and reporting to the Group Finance Manager.
  • Additional duties include sales ledger invoice processing, credit control, purchase ledger management, and pension file contributions.
Requirements:
  • AAT Full or Part Qualified or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Xero Accounting and Payroll Software.
  • High customer service ethos, excellent communication and organisational skills.
Benefits:

32 hours per week, with some flexibility on days/hours. Estimated salary range £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
