This Is Prime is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team in Glasgow. As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base across Scotland.
About the Role:We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in generating new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 months of experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the media industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify strategic selling opportunities and target markets/clients
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline by proactively driving activity via self-generated opportunities as well as by following up on marketing leads
- Personally develop, own, and execute an ambitious new client acquisition plan in your territory
- Develop, manage, and constantly improve on your personal lead generation through proactive networking via digital and face-to-face channels and events
- Take ownership of your territory as if it was your own business by constantly improving on activity and conversion
We offer a competitive basic salary of £25k with a great uncapped commission scheme. You will also receive guaranteed commission whilst you train for the role to top up your earnings. Our benefits package includes an enhanced workplace pension scheme, festive office shutdown, option to buy/sell annual leave, flexible working hours, and more.
Requirements:- At least 9 months of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record in generating new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
- Enthusiastic approach and great telephone manner
- Confident communicator, able to sell consultatively and tailor converting solutions for clients
- Excellent command of English – second languages a strong plus
