Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Career-minded People. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the electrical wholesale industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including facilities management clients, electrical contractors, and contract managers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive telephone canvassing and territory planning
  • Prepare and progress quotations, and negotiate sales agreements to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with new and updated products, and communicate product knowledge to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in electrical wholesale sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Desirable: experience within an independent or national electrical wholesaler, or a similar customer-facing role
