The Magdalene Group is seeking a Women's Specialist Practitioner to provide vital support for women experiencing homelessness. As a key member of the Doorway Women's Service team, you will work closely with women who have faced multiple disadvantages, including poor mental health, isolation, and substance use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide gender and trauma-informed support to women in need
  • Collaborate with other agencies to address the unique needs of each woman
  • Work with the Doorway Women's Service to build trusted relationships with women who have experienced sexual violence, abuse, and exploitation

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable women and girls
  • Strong understanding of homelessness and trauma-informed support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
