Job Summary

We are seeking an Organisational Skills Trainer to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for delivering training initiatives that support business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programmes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week
