Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Manager to join our team at Lush Group. As a Trainee Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the store manager to cultivate a team that shares a passion for making every customer interaction delightful
  • Support the store manager in building connections within the local community, with other businesses, and charity organizations
  • Create and execute plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work at least one weekend day and either Boxing Day or Christmas Eve
  • Occasional evening work may be required for training, stock take, or merchandising
