About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

As a Trainee Manager, you will work closely with the store manager to cultivate a team that shares a passion for making every customer interaction delightful. You will also support the store manager in building connections within the local community, with other businesses, and charity organizations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Working collaboratively with the store manager to cultivate a team that shares a passion for customer service
  • Supporting the store manager in building connections within the local community, with other businesses, and charity organizations
  • Contributing to the overall growth of the business through outstanding customer service
