Job Description

Role: Maintenance Coordinator

Reports to: Client Account Manager

Location: Central London

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm, 40 hours (5 days in office)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Masterfix GB Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property condition
  • Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs
  • Conducting regular site visits to inspect properties and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the Client Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
