We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Masterfix GB Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property condition
- Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs
- Conducting regular site visits to inspect properties and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the Client Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
