About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative design team at the Boohoo Group. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering fashion-forward creative across multiple channels, including marketing, e-commerce, product, and studio teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns and other projects, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Head of Creative to develop and implement creative strategies that drive business results.
  • Design and produce a range of creative assets, including social media content, print marketing materials, and internal/external presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business to deliver on briefs and manage projects.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines in all work.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry, applying innovative approaches to creative solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior graphic design role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
