We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Freight Forwarding team as a European Road Freight Trainee. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the logistics industry and develop a career in freight forwarding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with overseas agents and clients in a clear, precise, and accurate manner.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager team with day-to-day operations.
  • Facilitate smooth and frictionless transportation of orders to, from, and within the continent.
  • Enter shipments into our in-house system, generate orders and instructions for suppliers, and input relevant information into the internal system.
Requirements:
  • Good level of IT literacy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
