We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Leader to join our team at Neilson Active Holidays. As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a fun and engaging activity programme for children aged 4 months to 17 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver a varied and engaging activity programme for children of all ages.
  • Ensure the highest health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Work closely with the Children's Club team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all children.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and children, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to plan and deliver special events and activities.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe for use.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and children, building trust and confidence in the Children's Club team.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education and Childcare (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or BA Hons Early Childhood Education).
  • Experience working with children of all ages, particularly in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
