Job Summary

The Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of our clients and care professionals to provide the highest quality care service. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client and care professional schedules to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and care professionals to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and care professional information.
  • Identify and report strategic business opportunities and needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and care professionals.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in the home care sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a dynamic team.
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and Excel.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
