Job Description: Litigation and Compliance Leader

We are looking for an experienced litigation professional to join our team as a Litigation and Compliance Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring that our investigations are conducted in accordance with the law.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a relevant field, including knowledge of the civil procedure rules and the Proceeds of Crime Act. They should also be comfortable working under pressure and be able to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of lawyers and financial investigators in conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with the law.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our investigations are conducted in accordance with the law.
  • To provide training and guidance to team members on investigative techniques and procedures.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
