Seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Professional to support management teams in delivering exceptional services. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.

About the Role
  • Competitive hourly rate: £11.67 - £12.86 per hour

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 12 months relevant secretarial or clerical experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate
  • Dealing with general enquiries and telephone calls
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging meetings
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Performing data entry and filing duties

Key Skills and Qualifications
