We Are With You offers a comprehensive 12-week residential programme for adults who have just completed detoxification. Our team provides one-to-one and group support, life skills workshops, and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate Addiction Support Specialist with experience in residential health and social care settings, specifically supporting individuals struggling with substance misuse. Excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and time management are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include providing advice and guidance to colleagues, volunteers, and sessional workers, ensuring care standards are maintained, and delivering individualised support to residents. A full driving licence and use of a car is required for this position.
