HR Advisor Role

Adjacency Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading organization to recruit an HR Advisor. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in human resources and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive, professional, and flexible HR support to all employees, ensuring compliance with company procedures, policies, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and develop HR systems, delivering timely and accurate management information reports.
  • Contribute to the performance review process, ensuring consistency and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver HR-related training to managers, promoting best practice and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR projects, driving business success.

To be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate will possess 3-4 years' experience in an HR environment, a strong understanding of current UK employment legislation, and a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent. Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
