We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all site HR functions and developing and maintaining ISO compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment and onboarding, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
- Ensure all customer requirements are met within the company's ethos
- Develop and maintain an ISO management system
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards
- Implement corrective actions to address any identified non-conformities
- Prepare for and participate in external ISO certifications
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements
What We Offer:
- Salary: up to £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
- 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing with years of service
