Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all site HR functions and developing and maintaining ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment and onboarding, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met within the company's ethos
  • Develop and maintain an ISO management system
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards
  • Implement corrective actions to address any identified non-conformities
  • Prepare for and participate in external ISO certifications
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements

What We Offer:

  • Salary: up to £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
  • 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing with years of service
