About the Role:

We are seeking a personable and capable HR Manager to provide comprehensive Human Resource support, developing and executing company policies and procedures, providing HR and employment law advice while supporting the directors, management, and staff. Reporting to the International Operations Director, this is a full-time role that offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute company policies and procedures
  • Provide HR and employment law advice
  • Support the directors, management, and staff
  • Operational management within a dynamic and growing business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience across all areas of Human Resources
  • Clear evidenced experience of having supported business requirements
  • Strong leadership experience and a gravitas that will promote respect throughout the senior management team
