Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and update corporate CVs to showcase the company's expertise and values.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to source and select field contractors for live projects and bid requirements.
  • Field contractor pre-vetting, including CV review and telephone/Skype/MS Teams conversations, to ensure the highest quality candidates.
  • Network and source prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements, maintaining open lines of communication and positive working relationships.
  • Maintain a current and effective high-profile professional networking platform to stay connected with industry professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR processes and regulations, upholding the company's commitment to data protection.
