Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team performance to meet production targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure the final product meets client specifications and quality standards.
  • Optimize production efficiency to meet hourly and daily production plans.
  • Effectively utilize onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems to streamline operations.
  • Adhere to and promote best practices in health, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and systems in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment to meet internal and external audit standards.
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Attend regular Line Leader meetings to discuss production performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide training and development support to new starters and contribute to their growth within the company.
  • Model best practices and lead by example to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor and minimize waste to optimize production efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.
Qualifications and Expectations:
  • Participate in the company's appraisal system to drive personal and professional growth.
  • Develop skills and knowledge through training and work-based experience to enhance job performance.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the team and drive business success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed production targets on multiple lines within the Copack Operation.
  • Effectively communicate with the Copack Supervisor to address production issues and concerns.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to drive production efficiency and excellence.
