Job Description

In this role, you will be joining a proactive and large property team and will be assisted by paralegals and administration support.

  • Your caseload may include matters such as sales and purchases, buy-to-let, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
  • You will also have opportunities to work on new builds and probate sales.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 years' PQE in Residential Property
  • Experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as hybrid working options and bespoke progression paths.
