Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Join our team as a Head of Human Resources and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a passion for HR.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional to lead our HR function and drive business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Design and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of HR spend
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
