The Role

The Construction Team Lead will be responsible for directly overseeing a team of Engineers in successfully completing a diverse range of civil projects in complex environments. As a key figure on-site, you will ensure all works are completed and compliant with company policies and procedures, meeting the client's satisfaction.

  1. Establishing and maintaining accurate construction records and data sheets, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with contract requirements.
  2. Assisting Site Agents/Contract Supervisors/Senior Engineers with general contract administration.
  3. Conducting topographical surveys and assisting with the setup and monitoring of GPS on plant equipment.
  4. Maintaining contract management quality records as directed by Senior Engineers/Site Agents.
  5. Performing site surveys for weekly/monthly measurement purposes.
Requirements
  1. A strong background in working on a variety of civil engineering projects, particularly in earthworks, drainage, concrete, piling, utilities, and canal works.
  2. Valid CSCS card.
  3. Experience with LSS or similar software.
  4. Experience in multiple Civil Engineering disciplines.
