- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
Requirements
- Experience: A strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management, team leadership, and client management.
- Qualifications: A degree in civil engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications and qualifications.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Software: Proficient in a range of software applications, including LSS and similar software.
