**Job Summary**

Procter and Street is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering complex civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Planning and Management**: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • **Quality Control**: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards and that any defects or issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • **Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project requirements are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery, including health and safety, environmental, and contractual risks.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience**: Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • **Qualifications**: Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, such as a degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • **Skills**: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project, and experience with construction management software, such as Procore or Buildertrend.
