About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Technical Moves, a leading independent property consultancy. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a commercial portfolio of leisure, industrial, retail, and office developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of commercial properties, including leisure, industrial, retail, and office developments.
  • Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to maximize property value and rental income.
  • Coordinate sales and lettings negotiations, rent reviews, service charges, and rent arrears.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Commercial property management experience, preferably with a focus on leisure and office developments.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law, as well as property management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • RICS graduates or part-qualified professionals with commercial experience are highly desirable.
