Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Property team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our property portfolio, including lease negotiations, renewals, and budget management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a management/leadership role, with experience in property management, whether as an NHS tenant or commercial landlord. You will be responsible for facilitating change in practice to improve services, project management/co-ordination, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise and negotiate with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective property management.
  • Manage property-related data and update the Trust's property database.
  • Represent the Trust at tenant or equivalent committees and review space utilisation and occupancy agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures, business planning, and risk management.
