Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Property team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our estate, including lease negotiations, property maintenance, and budget management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the delivery of our services. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate lease agreements and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Managing the maintenance and upkeep of our estate, including coordinating repairs and maintenance work.
  • Preparing and managing budgets for property-related expenditure.
  • Verifying property-related data and updating our property database.
  • Representing the Trust at tenant or equivalent committees across all community sites.
