Part Time Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Part Time Administrator to join our small, close-knit team at an art school in Amersham. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in various office tasks, and have a passion for supporting senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and appointments
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial data
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Utilize Google Suite for document management and collaboration
  • Assist with QuickFile for basic financial tasks
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
  • Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with QuickFile or other accounting software is a plus
