About the Job
We are seeking an organised and competent Administrator to join our Client Delivery team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our administration team, you will work closely with our Wealth Planners to ensure we deliver an excellent service and outstanding outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate Planners diaries and arrange client meetings.
- Administer the wealth management process using various investment platforms and IT systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Maintain correct client records and take ownership of administration tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced Administration role.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential.
- Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
