Administrator Role

About the Job

We are seeking an organised and competent Administrator to join our Client Delivery team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our administration team, you will work closely with our Wealth Planners to ensure we deliver an excellent service and outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate Planners diaries and arrange client meetings.
  • Administer the wealth management process using various investment platforms and IT systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Maintain correct client records and take ownership of administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced Administration role.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential.
  • Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
