Healthcare Team Lead

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Healthcare Team Lead to join our care home team. As a key member of the day care team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure effective care delivery, maintaining accurate and up-to-date care plans for residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans for residents,
- Supervise the care team to ensure high standards of care planning,
- Ensure resident well-being and personal-centred care meet quality standards,
- Adhere to and maintain knowledge of home policies and procedures,
- Conduct bi-monthly supervision meetings.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £22,000-£25,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Healthcare Team Lead, you must have:
- An NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or be working towards it,
- Competence in medication handling and administration,

This role is based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, with a requirement to work 33 hours per week on day shifts.
