Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity

Rodericks Dental Partners is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Dental Nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Manage the training and development of Trainee/Apprentice Dental Nurses, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Dental Nursing Team.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, working closely with dentists to deliver high-quality treatment.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice's clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating a deep understanding of Private and NHS dentistry.
  • Embody the values of Rodericks Dental Partners, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Relevant live GDC registration.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Dental Nurse or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical policies and procedures.
