Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage the training and development of trainee and apprentice dental nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with the practice manager to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our dental nursing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of dental care.
- Contribute to the development of our practice's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant live GDC registration.
- Proven experience in a lead or senior dental nursing role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of GDC and regulatory requirements.
