  • Liaise with candidates to ensure up-to-date availability for successful placements.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address client and candidate concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure client and candidate requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date with sector information to provide expert support.
  • Provide exceptional client and candidate support, handling communications effectively.
About You

We are looking for a driven, organized, and multitasking individual who can communicate effectively at all levels. You will be part of a small team and will have opportunities for development and growth within the organization.

Work Hours

Shifts vary, but the team's working times are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm.
  • Overnights: 10 pm - 7 am.
