Job Title: End-to-End Payroll Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled End-to-End Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Xeinadin Group. In this role, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payrolls, managing employee data, and maintaining records and document control systems. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation impacting payroll, as well as preparing month-end journals and reports for posting and audit purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payrolls with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring seamless flow and maintenance.
  • Maintain records and document control systems, adhering to compliance and audit trail requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation impacting payroll.
  • Prepare month-end journals and reports for posting and audit purposes.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in payroll administration, preferably within a practice environment.
  • Knowledge of HMRC legislation and Pension Auto Enrolment.
  • Strong computer literacy and numerical skills, with experience using payroll software – familiarity with BrightPay would be desirable.
